Before you print
Can I change a QR code after printing?
Yes. Update a dynamic code’s destination in your dashboard. The printed QR code stays the same. You need access to code management under your account’s plan.
Do I need an account to download?
Yes. Create your design first, then sign in or create an account to save and download it. Your draft transfers into your account.
What happens when the free trial ends?
New standalone accounts have a 14-day trial. A paid plan keeps code management and direct redirection active. Without a plan, a scan shows a trial-expired notice with a button to continue to the destination. Shopify has its own plans.
Does Connect AI include an AI assistant?
Connect AI links an assistant you already use to your QR account. It can create codes, update designs, create batches, and read scan reports. Your QR plan and your assistant’s own access requirements still apply.
